Security Patrol
Countywide Security is able to provide highly trained off-duty Police Officers for security services
- All Officers are dressed in their agency authorized patrol uniforms.
- courtesy patrol for homeowner associations - Countywide Security will provide patrol of the Home Owner's Association monitoring common areas and vacant homes for undesired, illegal or suspicious activities. Off duty officers will focus on prevention of stolen vehicles and theft from vehicles or property. Services also include monitoring for drug, human smuggling or illegal "party crew" activities. Officers will identify and issue CC&R violation notices and other duties as specified by the Home Owner's Association and/or the Management Company in accordance with Department Policies and Arizona Revised Statutes. Patrols are conducted in marked and/or unmarked patrol vehicles. If illegal activities are observed, the Officer has full authority and power to take appropriate action, including investigation, arrest and/or citation.
- Identify and take appropriate action for parking violations in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes and local City Ordinances.
- Provide a weekly incident report summary detailing each Patrol Shift to the HOA and/or the management company
- Countywide Security provides an elite team of off duty police officers encouraging a partnership between the officer and the customer, working together to deal with specific property issues creating strategies to achieve the best results. Upon request, our team members will go to the site in numbers and saturate the property with trained officers to reduce the foot traffic and display a message that crime will not be tolerated on that property.
